Lesson fees are paid in advance of each month and are due at the first lesson of each month.
If you have scheduled a lesson, you are paying to reserve that time on the teacher’s schedule, and will be expected to pay for every lesson regardless of attendance.
If you are unable to make it to your regularly scheduled time, and give at least 24 hours notice, Noelle will offer a make up lesson. If you are unable to attend the make up session, you forfeit the lesson with no refund.
You are given two “grace” lessons per year that you can cancel without paying. This is for a family vacation or another similar kind of situation.
If Noelle cancels a lesson, and is unable to work out a make up lesson, your payment for that week will be applied to the following month.
